Father's Day is this Sunday, June 18th. Celebrate and recognize your favorite father or father-figure with a fun-filled day in and around Bergen County. Here are our top picks this year:
1. Take me out to the ballgame. You can't go wrong spending a day at the ballpark eating peanuts and Cracker Jacks. The New York Mets will be playing the Nationals this weekend. If you don't want to trek to Citi Field, you can always check out a Rockland Boulders game in nearby Pomona, New York. It's a great kid-friendly venue featuring a playground and trackless train for the little ones.
2. Get the adrenaline pumping. For the thrill-seeker, try climbing with an action-adventure twist at High Exposure in Northvale or high-speed indoor go-kart racing at Autobahn Indoor Speedway at the Palisades Mall.
